The refund policy for ClayTrader.com is as follows:
Subscriptions – When a member signs up they immediately gain access to and therefore benefit from the premium services offered (chat room, message board forums, and newsletter). Because of this, we do not give refunds. If you want to cancel so your subscription does not auto-renew, you may, and you will not be billed during the next cycle.
There are absolutely no refunds in any shape or manner for new promotional events or incorrect coupon code usage as well as if you forget billing recurs automatically every year. Our subscriptions are on an “auto renewal” process which will automatically charge your card on every renewal term.
Educational Courses – When a course is purchased, you gain access to a download link instantly. Because of this, you “have” the product and it cannot be returned. Saying, “I will delete it off my computer” is not acceptable. Once you buy it, you own it. Period.
There are absolutely no refunds including partial refunds for new promotional events or incorrect coupon code usage.
Physical Merchandise (clothing, accessories, etc.) – all shipment will include a tracking number so delivery can be confirmed. There are no refunds on this for…
“I got the wrong size.”
“I don’t like it in person.”
We are not in the clothing/accessory industry. If you are buying one of these products, you are doing so to support the community, so unless a word is spelled wrong, there will not be any refunds on this.
ClayTrader University – this guarantee is based on honesty, effort and your personal growth in confidence as a trader (in other words, do you feel as though you are making progress in your understanding of the markets?).
It is NOT, I repeat, NOT based on you becoming a massive millionaire success in only 30 days – sorry to burst your bubble, but the market takes more than 30 days to master.
With that being said, there are two ways to invalidate the guarantee.
All training courses are available instantly via streaming video. There is also an option to download them to your PC/phone/tablet/etc. If you download any material during the first 30 days, this will be documented via our software (via the email address you sign up with during checkout process). Downloading of any content invalidates the guarantee.
The guarantee comes from the fact that I am VERY confident if you put in the effort and work, you will be satisfied with the program. Therefore, you must show “effort and work”.
“Effort and work” is being quantified as completing the first two courses. The second course, Robotic Trading: Skill Sharpening, includes study guides that should be printed out as part of the training course. As part of your Refund Request, you will need to send us these study guides showing that you did indeed fill them out and put in the effort.
If nothing has been downloaded and you’ve filled out the interactive study guides, but do not feel any progress, then I refuse to keep your money. You will be refunded in total. That I can guarantee you.
*** Pay-As-You-Go $397 Payment Plan – this payment method invalidates the guarantee. Given this process is 6 payments, and the guarantee is 30 days, I hope you see how the numbers do not work out. If you don’t like the content after your first $397 payment, you can simply stop paying.
Termination for Member Violations
There is absolutely no refund in any shape or manner if a member is found to be spamming other websites, email addresses, free email sign up pages or any such solicitation to join another service. All such issues shall be reported to me via the contact page. Any member that solicits another site or service via the ClayTrader.com site or Inner Circle chat room shall have an immediate account termination with no refund of unused money.
There is absolutely no refund in any shape or manner if a member is found to be in violation of any of the chat room rules (found HERE) and/or the message board forum rules (found HERE). A warning may be issued; however, depending on the offense, I reserve the right for instant termination with again, NO refunds in any form being issued.
There is absolutely no refund in any shape or manner if a member is found to be sharing premium content with non-paying members. There will be no warning for this. It will be instant termination.
Any member (or non-member) who has purchased a course and is found to be sharing the link with others who have not paid, this will result in instant termination for paying members. For both paying and non-paying members, there will be legal action taken against those who are a part of the scheme.
