** Important** The Inner Circle and The Trading Freedom Pathway are two separate services. Each has its own refund policy which you can learn more about below. I explain them in a Frequently Asked Question format.

The Inner Circle Community

I’ve changed my mind. This service is not for me. Can I have a refund?
Simply put, no, all sales are final. I have provided more than enough information about what the service includes. If you are unsure of something, then, PLEASE contact me so you can be crystal clear on “what” this service includes (or does not include).

Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes. Your payment plan will auto-renew once your subscription period ends so that you don’t experience any interruptions in the service. If you want to turn off this feature, see “How do I turn off auto-renew?” to get instructions on how to do so.

Is a reminder email sent before renewal?
No, there is not. If you think you will forget, simply turn off the auto-renew immediately after joining. You will still have complete access to the community. The only difference being, when your subscription expires, you need to go through the process again to rejoin. If you want to turn off the auto-renew, see “How do I turn off auto-renew?” two questions below to get instructions on how to do so.

I forgot to turn off auto-renew. Can I still have a refund?
No. Once your subscription renews, you immediately gain access to (and therefore benefit from) the premium services offered (chat rooms and newsletter scan). If you want to turn off this feature see the next question to get instructions on how to do so.

How do I turn off auto-renew?
To turn off the auto-renew visit the Member Portal select “Manage Account” from the left hand navigation. From there ensure you on the the “subscriptions” tab. There you can view you active subscriptions and modify them if needed. One note, turning off the auto-renew has no affect on your normal subscription, so you will be able to still access everything (until the subscription expires).

Why won’t you refund me? All I have to do is file a payment dispute with my bank/credit card/PayPal?
Because I want to keep a positive relationship with my payment processors. Please keep in mind, when you made your purchase you clicked a box that said, “I Have Read and Agree to the Terms and Conditions”. These refund policies are all part of what you said you read and agreed to.

You can file a dispute, but we will respond to the dispute with documentation that makes your bank/credit card/PayPal aware of what you told us you read and agreed to (via clicking that box).

30 Day Refund Guarantee

This guarantee is based on honesty, being genuine, effort, and your personal growth in confidence as a trader (in other words, do you feel as though you are making progress in your understanding of the markets?).

It is NOT, I repeat, NOT based on you becoming a massive millionaire success in only 30 days – sorry to burst your bubble, but the market takes more than 30 days to master.

With that being said, there are three ways to invalidate the guarantee.

All training courses are available instantly via streaming video. There is also an option to download them to your PC/phone/tablet/etc. If you download any material during the first 30 days, this will be documented via our software (via the email address you sign up with during checkout process). Downloading of any content invalidates the guarantee. (Robotic Trading: Skill Sharpening study guides are not included. These need to be printed out, therefore, the downloading of them does not invalidate the guarantee)
The guarantee comes from the fact that I am VERY confident if you put in the genuine effort and work, you will be satisfied with the program. Therefore, you must show “genuine effort and work”.

“Genuine effort and work” are being quantified as completing the first two classes and giving me the opportunity to personally help you before asking for a refund. How is “work” being defined? The second class, Robotic Trading: Skill Sharpening, includes study guides that should be printed out as part of the training course. As part of your Refund Request, you will need to send us these study guides showing that you did indeed fill them out and put in the “work”. How is “genuine effort” being defined? You also must give me a chance to personally help you. If you are struggling and/or need clarification on something, you must email me with your questions and give me a chance to help BEFORE you ask for a refund. In making the purchase, you are agreeing with me and the following logic: you asking me questions AFTER you realize you need to in order to meet the definition of “genuine effort” is not very genuine.

If nothing has been downloaded, you’ve filled out the interactive study guides and have given me a chance to personally help by asking questions before asking for a refund, but do not feel any progress, then I refuse to keep your money. You will be refunded in total. That I can guarantee you.
Pay-As-You-Go $497 Payment Plan – this payment method invalidates the guarantee. I am making the guarantee based on my confidence of the “full program”. By doing the payment plan, you only have 1/6th of the full program and again, the “source” of my confidence (and therefore the 30 day guarantee) is based on the entire program, NOT 1/6th of it. Also, given this process is 6 payments, and the guarantee is 30 days, I hope you see how the numbers do not work out. If you don’t like the content after your first $497 payment, you can simply stop paying.

Termination for Member Violations

There is absolutely no refund in any shape or manner if a member is found to be spamming other websites, email addresses, free email sign up pages or any such solicitation to join another service. All such issues shall be reported to me via the contact page. Any member that solicits another site or service via the ClayTrader.com site or Inner Circle chat room shall have an immediate account termination with no refund of unused money.
There is absolutely no refund in any shape or manner if a member is found to be in violation of any of the chat room rules (found HERE) and/or the message board forum rules (found HERE). A warning may be issued; however, depending on the offense, I reserve the right for instant termination with again, NO refunds in any form being issued.
There is absolutely no refund in any shape or manner if a member is found to be sharing premium content with non-paying members. There will be no warning for this. It will be an instant termination.
- Any member (or non-member) who has purchased a course and is found to be sharing the link with others who have not paid, this will result in instant termination for paying members. For both paying and non-paying members, there will be legal action taken against those who are a part of the scheme.
