Today we look at FB on the 5 minute time frame. We have a great conversation about the difference between flags and pennants and while the room is a mixed bag of people who want to go long and short, Clay is making the case that the bears are in control as they are preventing the stock from making higher highs. We see in the first candle that the bulls have been defeated and it snaps down pretty nicely. After 20 minutes of downside, it creates a small bear pole before ultimately hitting the 50 sma and continuing even further. This is another great example of why we trail our winners because you never know when you will hit a home-run like this.
