Today we look at TSRO on the 2 minute chart. Clay discusses the use of level 2 and sets the scene. Hidden orders exist but you can spot them on the tape. We also notice the volatility of the stock by taking a look at the Y axis. We know 53.80 is a key level but the stop loss is location must be logical. After polling the room for everyone’s desired entries, Clay explains that it’s best to use a speculative entrance versus waiting for the flush to happen because it will most likely be too fast to get a reasonable fill. As we scroll the chart we see the breakdown does indeed happen. We get a methodical breakdown before eventually turning around and stopping people out.
