Today we look at ACAI on the two minute chart. After setting up a trade plan for a breakdown, we discuss the psychology of the longs. Using the eyeball test, we see our initial trade idea does not meet a 3:1 RvR ratio. To manipulate the trade plan to work, we need to modify the entry. After a pullback toward the highs we see it just mulls around for a bit before finally heading back toward the lows. While it wasn’t the most exciting of trades, much of the time this is normal. Some trades take more time to work than others. The key is to stick to the plan and adjust accordingly.
