If you are brand new to the world of futures trading, first off: welcome! I’m very confident if you are a day trader looking for quality movement and opportunity, you’ll find it! As a beginner though, sometimes certain aspects can get a bit intimidating when you’ve never done it before. In the case of futures, the whole idea of “contracts” can be a foreign concept. In stock trading, you are not buying contracts, you are buying “stocks”. This concept is much better known. But what about “contracts”? No worries. It’s quite easy as I’ll show you. I will take you each step of the way and will end with buying a contract. The good news is, it is super easy. The bad news is, it is so easy you’ll probably feel like I wasted your time.
