The more you trade, the more you’ll realize that more times than not, the best decision you can make is: don’t trade. This is a hard skill to develop given the whole pretext of “being a day trader” is “to trade”. So to think the best trade is “no trade” can understandably come across as a contradiction. This is not so! As you’ll see in this video of my personal live day trading results is how there are some trades which should just cause your day to be over. There’s no shame in this. I would argue if makes you a responsible trader.
