Today we start off forming a trade plan on the SPY 5 minute. Clay’s alert was ‘SPY 5 minute looking top heavy.’ After setting up a logical trade plan with good RvR, for examples sake Clay tells us that we were all cheap shotted out. As he says, ‘move on.’ Not move on as in the ticker, but in that trade. Get past it and stay open to future opportunities. We can see another setup forms very soon after and we form another trade plan. We can see that this trade plays out to profit before eventually stopping everyone out. We drive home an another important fact that we always reiterate… All profits are not created equal. If we take all of our shares or contracts at our target we never give them a chance to run. Remember, singles can add up very quickly but we need to be ready for home runs when they present themselves.
