Today we look at SPY on the 5 minute chart. Clay emphasizes the ‘in your face’ areas that are evident using the moving averages. We poll the room for everyone’s trade plans, either long or short. Some folks are forgetting the rules about what can be moved and what cannot be moved. This information is covered in RvR Trading. Hint: you can only move your entry to modify the risk parameter. Targets and stops should be dictated by the chart and DO NOT MOVE. After some messy action around the moving average, the chart eventually breaks down.
