In This Episode:

• We take a look at a ticker that provides a great example of a wolf candle and the real estate of the candle (located at daily resistance).
• Roll over alert (turned into sledge hammer) that worked for a short period of time before you should have logically stopped out.
• Bleeding alert but reminder to keep in mind the overall river (bullish gap up).
• Bull river alert that formed a bull flag which breaks out but does not have very much follow through. They can’t all be home runs.
• Launchpad alert that triggered but found resistance at the next located grandma number.
• Sledge hammer alert with a great follow through.
• Cliff alert that has initial follow through but quickly reverses before finally rolling over.
• Wolf candle alert with mine field warning. Pops slightly before rolling over.
• Dead cat alert that also forms a wolf candle but continues to move up. This is why we use stop losses and focus on managing our risk.
• Wolf candle in bearish context. This one does have follow through and would wipe out many small losers.
