Today we take a look at a chart, ticker not named, to emphasize that the name and time frame doesn’t matter in the slightest. Clay starts us off by talking about the context if we gap one direction or the other. As we setup our trade plan Clay mentions that this is one of the clear cut trades where you are either right, right away or wrong right away. Your risk is very small and stand to gain quite a bit. A key takeaway again is the fact that the chart presides over grandma numbers. As the candles proceed and we’ve looked at both long and short trade plans, we continue to put odds in our favor by tallying up all the things going our direction. This still doesn’t mean we should close the trade early. It is important to let your winners ride for as long as the trend wants to continue.
