I really need to change my marketing around. Apparently what I talk about in this video “works”, even if people realize things are “too good to be true”.

I'm seriously like really terrible at business.I'm not good.(dramatic music)I got this message through our chat feature on the website, where if you have, you know, just customer service stuff, questions about the site, services, all that good stuff.I had an exchange with somebody and basically that exchange,to give a little context, 'cause I don't want to readthrough it all, but hey, I'm considering this person.I'm not going to name this person because, I mean, whatever, but this person, you know, they're one of themthat's out there, fancy cars houses, yachts, you know, all the just late night infomercial marketing tactics, which I think are so cheesy, and I think thatwhy do people fall for that stuff?Because it works, obviously, that's why people do it, but Imean, come on, I mean, I don't know, it just blows my mind. And so I started to question this person, hey, I mean, do you honestly think that, you know, that is going to be the outcome in the amount of timethat these people make you think that it's gonna occurand basically saying, don't you see the typeof marketing that they're doing? And then the person replies back to me with this message."Ha ha, sure have been."Yeh, it is maybe too good to be true, but it's the dream."And I guess that's why I should be focusedon selling the dream, and that's what this marketing is.Have you ever heard that?Oh, these people are just selling the dream.I've really got to change marketing tactics becausehere this person, their words, not mine, yeah, I get it's too good to be true, but it's the dream, like okay, so therefore, I'm still gonna gofor it because it's the dre (Clay sighs)I mean, I think I convinced this person to not go with it.I think maybe they went with,I don't know if they did or not, to be honest.I wish I could say that they saw the lightand then they, but I don't know what they did,but that almost blew my mind. They literally acknowledged the fact thatwhat they're seeing is too good to be true, but because it's the dream, they were still very, veryhighly considering it and about to pull the trigger on it.If something's too good to be true, it probably is.Hopefully you are saying, wait a second, Clay, I can follow that logic. If something's too good to be true, then that means, but for this person, and I know that they're not alone,so it's not like I'm throwing this person under the bus,but I guess, there we go, that's how the human mind works, the greed aspect, the what is, you know, the dream?I dream about this and yeah,I realize that it's probably too good to be true for whatis actually being proposed to me, but who cares about that.I just, I, I, let's focus on the dream.Let's focus on the greedy partof all of the hoopla and all of the fanciness that goes on.So, I mean, just realize that that is what's being done, that is the marketing that being given your way. They are selling you the dream, and the dream, the reality,I promise you, especially when you're first getting startedand all the way through, it's not anywhere close,in fact, it's too good to be true, for the way they're presenting it.So, if you're finding yourself with this disconnect, saying, wait a second, I find myself doing the same thing.I'm about to purchase from person that sells the dream, and I have a good gut feeling thatthat seems a little too good to be true but.Trust me, it is too good to be true.Follow that gut instinct, you're not wrong.Don't let greed overshadow your logicjust in the sake of, you know, chasing after that dream.I don't know, maybe by the time this video posts,if you go to claytrader.com,who knows, maybe I'll be sitting out on a beachwith like a coconut drink on my little phone. It's tablets, no tablets, and I'll just be making all kinds of moneyon the beach somewhere, no boss, nice Rolex watch,my shirt's off, surrounded by beautiful women.Who knows what the site will look likeby the time this posts, but if I have done that, well then hey, I'm just selling the dream. If you are out there trading alone currentlyand maybe are in the market looking for a community to jointo assist you in your trading or to just help you,you know, give you another set of eyeballs, then I do have a private trading community whereyou can trade alongside me and other experienced traders. So what you seeing popping up on the screenright now is both an information link,so if you click on the inner circle one, that is going to take you to the page where I explainall the details of what exactly come with the community, both the chatroom and the newsletter. And then the other image that has popped upis the behind the scenes tour where you can see exactlywhat is going to be contained within the community.I take you through, like I said, a behind the scenes tourof everything, and that way you'll know preciselywhat you are getting, you know, when you join. So, definitely check that stuff out if you are interestedand thinking about wanting to join a community, and let me know if you have any questions.
