Ever have one of those days as a trader where none of your thoughts are very accurate? It’s pretty annoying isn’t it? The fact of the matter is, it happens to everyone. No matter the person’s experience level, part of being a day trader is accepting the fact that on certain days, it won’t feel like you can do much right. This does not make you a bad day trader or mean your day trading strategy is broken, it just means the markets (at the core) are random and that you are a human being who is not perfect.
