When it comes to being a day trader and day trading stocks online, my mantra is “$500 a day keeps the day job away”! Not because I need/want to make $500 every single day, but it helps me stay grounded in reality. At times it can be difficult to look around social media and see massive gains that people are making, and then look at my own trading results and be tempted to say, “that’s it?” By staying focused on the fact that great money can be made from the comfort of your own home (or wherever you want), it helps build confidence that I’m doing what works for me. If you want to aim for more than $500, then cool… go for it! But for me, making around $500 while getting to work from home is awesome!
