If you don’t like tricks being played on you, it may be wise to avoid getting into the markets as a day trader. There will be some days where all the market does is laugh at you as it tricks you time after time. When this happens to you, remember to not automatically default to thinking your strategy is broken. Your strategy is just fine, but no strategy is perfect and there will be times where it will be “tricked”. With that being said, if you find yourself getting tricked on a routine basis, then at that point, you better consider the point your strategy may be the problem. What does a tricky market look like?
