The stock market certainly has a sense of humor. As a beginner day trader, the sooner you realize this fact, the sooner your expectations will meet reality. At times, the stock market will tease us day traders into luring us into situations where we are ready and believing we’re about to make great money. And then… well, things all of a sudden change and we’re left with a much different outcome. When this does happen though, a beginner who is just getting started can be tempted to think they’ve done something wrong or that their is a problem with their day trading strategy. DO NOT allow yourself to think this way. You need to learn and truly understand that the stock market and world of online trading make no guarantees. Sometimes you’ll have legitimate thoughts that turn out to be very wrong. It happens. Learn to expect it and live with it, doing so will make you a much better overall day trader!
