In this live futures trading video, ClayTrader records himself taking trades in real time as setups develop. He begins by explaining that he’s trading futures and doing so through a prop firm, which allows traders to access larger capital while keeping their own money at relatively low risk. He also reminds viewers that futures trade 23 hours a day, six days a week, offering nearly around-the-clock opportunities. As the New York Stock Exchange approaches its 9:30 AM Eastern open, he watches key levels for potential short setups. After some hesitation and a missed opportunity, momentum picks up and he quickly captures a short scalp for roughly $915 — a trade that lasted only seconds. He emphasizes how fast profits can add up in futures, but also notes that the same speed applies to losses. Later, after briefly dealing with platform or connectivity concerns, he switches to a less volatile contract and grabs another quick scalp on the long side. He explains how different futures contracts can affect how quickly profit and loss accumulate, even though the chart itself looks the same. The session continues with several rapid “in-and-out” momentum scalps using ATM (Advanced Trade Management) orders. Some trades last less than a second, reinforcing his theme that in futures, “if you blink, you miss it.” He compares quick scalps to picking up free money — small gains that are worthwhile given how little time they require. After stacking multiple quick profits and staying disciplined, he decides to end the session green rather than overtrade. He wraps up by inviting viewers — especially beginners or struggling traders — to attend his free live trading webinar for additional guidance and education.
