One of the hardest choices to make as a trader (yet many times, the most profitable) is to stop trading for the day. I think this is such a hard decision because if we are “traders”, doesn’t that mean we should be trading??? In some ways, yes… but as you’ll see in this video of some of my personal day trading results, there are certain situations where it is simply better to not be trading. Where is this line? Unfortunately (for me at least), the line can get blurry in a hurry in regards to whether or not I should be continuing to trade. Let me show you a real life situation where I had to question the fact I was still choosing to trade.
