One of the greatest traps existing in the financial markets are those that look so amazing. They lure you in with the sweet allure of potentially large (and quick) profits! The problem is, these stocks will destroy your trading account. I suppose in some senses I am overexaggerating, but in other ways, I am making the statement as a fact of reality. In this video I want to walk you through a certain type of stock to always be aware of, especially if you are a beginner day trader who is just getting started in the stock market. What makes these stocks so risky? What trader tendency do we all struggle with that makes these types of stocks so much more dangerous? I will go into that and more. It’s a simple observation that needs to be made, however, the results can, quite literally, be “account saving” from utter destruction!
